Tuesday we had Christopher's 4 month check up. Our little one is not so little anymore. He is now roughly between the size of a 7 or 8 month old. I know, I couldn't believe it either! He now weighs 16 pounds and 5 ounces, is about 26.5 inches tall, and has a larger than life head circumference.
We were given the OK to start baby foods and cereal (we have secretly been doing this off and on already anyway). He doesn't like the cereal to much unless we mix it with some type of fruit. We also found out that the spot on his toe is called an infantile hemagoma (not sure I spelled that right!). It's rare in all babies but even more rare in little boys, only 2% of the children that get this are little boys. Luckily however it did not show up on his face like most of the cases Dr. Stone showed us. It pretty much a build up of capillaries under the skin that will hopefully go away. He informed us that if it doesn't go away by the time Christopher gets to school we can have it removed. On a better note Christopher is at the level of a 6 month old when is comes to sitting up and moving around. He has almost mastered rolling over and crawling. Our little over-achiever.

We're on opposite ends of the spectrum--you've got a big boy, and I've got a teeny one! What a cutie :)
