Swimming and A New Cinematic Adventure

I am so glad Mom decided to get a bigger pool! I came in very handy today while we were battling the 100 degree weather. Mom also ended up keeping Christopher tonight, so Jeff and I went on a new cinematic adventure. Now all that’s left to end the day is to finish the laundry before vacation Tuesday :)

Again, thanks to Mom for the pool. Christopher LOVES to play in it. He is so happy when we put on his trunks and UV protective shirt, it's almost like he knows that we are about to have a great afternoon. Below are some pictures from this afternoon, and a video as well.

After leaving Mom's Jeff and I decided we wanted to see a movie. We made an amazing choice! Robin Hood recently came out, and I was very apprehensive about seeing it. I figured it was going to be the same story line I have seen since I was a kid. This movie was NOTHING close to the cartoon. I don't want to give too much away, but it was what Robin's life was before he became an outlaw. I am so glad I let Jeff talk me into seeing this movie....

Fathers Day

We did nothing special for Father's Day this year. I offered Jeff breakfast and was told NO!Christopher did manage to give daddy his card without destroying it. For the rest of the morning we hung out together watching cartoons. There was a moment where a meltdown happened on Christopher's part, but it was well founded as he had fallen and hit his ear on his chair.

I had to work Urgent Care so Christopher and Jeff hung out this afternoon by themselves.

T-Minus 12 Days...

...until a much needed vacation. I am excited for a few days away, and a chance to spend time with our families.

Not much has been going on in Casa Del Cotter. We have been fighting Christopher's 4 month tirade of sinus infection. We did finally find out why the antibiotics have not been working. There are 3 different bacteria in his sinuses. Two of them are resistant to Levaquin, and the other is resistant to Penicillin’s. So for the past three months we were only fighting them in "sections". He is finally getting better after his super dose of both antibiotics, and we were referred to an ENT specialist. We are hoping that the ENT can figure out why Christopher is getting these sinus infections so easily.
